1. About Zoser

Zoser is an Egyptian brand specializing in personalized NFC memory cards — unique, handcrafted gifts for best friends, couples, and groups of friends. Each product is made to order, based on personal details submitted by the customer.

2. Orders & customization

• All Zoser products are made-to-order and fully personalized based on the information you provide at checkout.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all details submitted — including names, photos, dates, addresses, and Spotify links.
• Once an order enters production, changes to customization details may not be possible. Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make a correction.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that contain offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or copyrighted content without prior notice.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of any applicable fees.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of checkout is the price you pay.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payment.
• Online payments are confirmed immediately upon successful transaction. COD orders are confirmed upon delivery and receipt of payment.
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.

4. Shipping & delivery

• We deliver across all governorates of Egypt.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
• Zoser is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics services.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

5. Intellectual property

All content on zoser.shop — including brand name, logo, product designs, photography, and written content — is the intellectual property of Zoser. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of it without our express written permission.

By submitting photos and personal content for your order, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and grant Zoser permission to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

6. Limitation of liability

Zoser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the total value of the order placed by the customer.

7. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved under Egyptian jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
